OUR STORY
ViraCare Support Services was created by an experienced NDIS, disability and aged care support worker who understands how difficult it can be to find reliable, consistent support. We make it simple by acting as an independent facilitator between participants, families, support coordinators and trusted support workers.
Clients stay in full control of their funding and service decisions. Support workers provide the day to day care directly to clients, and ViraCare manages the matching, communication, scheduling and invoicing through our subcontractor system.
Our role is to keep everything smooth, safe and consistent.
